Apeks, araç tutkunları için bir sosyal ağdır. Bu sayfa, çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) karşı bugün uyguladığımız standartları anlatır.
1. Sıfır tolerans
Apeks'te çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne sıfır tolerans uygulanır. Şunlar yasaktır:
- Çocukları cinselleştiren her türlü içerik — çizim ve yapay zekâ ile üretilmiş içerik dahil
- Çocuk istismarı materyali (CSAM) paylaşmak veya istemek
- Çocuklarla cinsel amaçlı iletişim kurmaya çalışmak
- Şantaj
2. Yaş sınırı
Apeks 13 yaşından küçükler için değildir; yaşı tutmayan hesaplar kapatılır (Kullanım Koşulları, 1. bölüm).
3. Nasıl bildirilir
Uygulamada her gönderi, yorum, profil, araç, sürüş ve konvoyda ⋯ menüsünden şikâyet seçeneğine dokunun (“Şikâyet et”, “Yorumu şikâyet et”, “Profili şikâyet et”, “Aracı şikâyet et”, “Sürüşü şikâyet et”, “Konvoyu şikâyet et”), ardından sebep olarak “Cinsel içerik” ya da “Başka bir sebep” seçeneğini seçin.

4. Şikâyetten sonra ne olur
Şikâyetler 24 saat içinde incelenir. CSAE içeren içerik kaldırılır, hesap kalıcı olarak kapatılır, yasanın gerektirdiği kayıtlar saklanır ve durum yetkililere bildirilir: emniyet birimleri veya Cumhuriyet başsavcılığı ile Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu'nun İnternet Bilgi İhbar Merkezi (İhbar Web, ihbarweb.org.tr).

Apeks is a social network for car enthusiasts. These are the standards we apply today against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
- Zero tolerance for CSAE. Prohibited: any content that sexualizes children, including drawings and AI-generated content; sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM); attempting sexual contact with children; sextortion.
- Age limit: Apeks is not for children under 13; accounts that do not meet the age requirement are closed.
- How to report: in the app, every post, comment, profile, vehicle, ride and convoy has a ⋯ menu with a report option (“Şikâyet et”); choose the reason “Cinsel içerik” (sexual content) or “Başka bir sebep” (other). Outside the app: merhaba@apeksapp.com.
- What happens: reports are reviewed within 24 hours. CSAE content is removed, the account is permanently closed, records required by law are retained, and the case is reported to the authorities: the Turkish police or public prosecutor's office, and the Information and Communication Technologies Authority's (BTK) hotline, İhbar Web (ihbarweb.org.tr).
